Due to the nature of this call, no refunds or chargebacks will be honored. Please note, only one reschedule is permitted. Rescheduling must be requested no later than 48hrs prior to your scheduled time. Requests received given less than 48hrs payments will be forfeited. Rescheduled appointments must take place within 5 days from the originally scheduled appointment date. If you miss your appointment without rescheduling, there will be no refund. If a second appointment is missed, you will no longer have the ability to book.
