
HM Mrs. Olufunke Agunbiade is a businesswoman, philanthropist, and a United Nations Ambassador for sustainable development goals (SDG). She is a serial entrepreneur with over fifteen years in business leadership. She is the CEO and co-founder of Midas Global Services, which has interest in the following industries: Finance, Oil and gas, and Real Estate. She is experienced in all aspects of business formation, operation, finance, and management. She is a relentless optimist who believes there is no failure, only experience gained.

Mrs. Agunbiade began her career in 2005 as a tax professional with FJ Postal Tax services Houston, a company she founded and doubled as Lead Tax Professional directing all organizational operations, policies, and objectives to maximize productivity and returns.

In 2012, she founded and was CEO of The Hair Boutique in Pearland, Texas, and grew the business to become the most prominent beauty supply store in Pearland. After the success of The Hair Boutique and wanting to grow her business, Mrs. Agunbiade acquired SavMart Beauty Supply in 2015; SavMart, established in 1975, was the only beauty supply store in the Houston Galleria area that offered professional big brand beauty products like Paul Mitchell, etc.

In 2015 Mrs. Agunbiade also founded AEIF, The African Energy Interactive Forum. This event holds in Houston every year during one of the largest oil & gas conferences in the world, The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). The African Energy Interactive Forum was established to provide a platform for industry professionals to discuss Oil Field Development and Operation as well as strategies and opportunities.
After success in the beauty and finance industries, Mrs. Agunbiade joined Sifax Shipping and Logistics as CEO. In this role, she managed 25 employees and was responsible for business operations and project logistics. Other roles included analyzing complex scenarios and using creative problem-solving skills to turn challenges into profitable opportunities, interviewing, appointing, training, and assigning responsibilities to department managers. She also monitored the cost-effectiveness of operations and personnel using quantitative data, offering feedback and making cuts where necessary, and coordinating and approving budgets for product development, marketing, overhead, and growth.
Mrs. Agunbiade graduated with an associate degree in liberal arts and humanities from Prairie View A&M University in 2012. She obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2018 and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management in 2020.
